Utah AG Seeking Outside Law Firms To Handle Monument Case

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s attorney general is seeking some outside help to challenge the Biden Administration in court. The Attorney General’s Office put out a request for bids yesterday seeking qualified law firms that could handle taking a case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. The firm hired by the AG’s Office would be handling the state’s challenge to a decision to restore the original boundaries of the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments. Proposals will be accepted through November 5th.
