(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Department of Transportation says drivers should expect some delays on Interstate 15 today. The agency expects northbound I-15 in Davis County and southbound I-15 in Salt Lake County to experience backups of ten to 15 minutes this afternoon and evening. Southbound 1-15 near Nephi is also expected to slow down later this afternoon. UDOT is pausing most construction projects and opening all lanes of traffic to help deal with the expected increase in holiday traffic.
