U.S. Senate Unanimously Passes Resolution Honoring Hatch

(Washington, DC) — Members of the U.S. Senate are honoring former Utah Senator Orrin Hatch. The Senate unanimously passed a resolution yesterday paying tribute to Hatch, who spent 42 years as a senator before retiring. The resolution noted that Hatch was dedicated to strengthening the economy of the United States, protecting individual liberty and safeguarding the nation’s system of limited government. Hatch was 88-years-old when he died on April 23rd.
