(Salt Lake City, UT) — U.S. Representative John Curtis is the unofficial victor in the Republican race for U.S. Senate. He beat three other candidates in Tuesday’s primary election. The three-term Congressman is a former mayor of Provo and a former Democrat. He is running to replace U.S. Senator Mitt Romney who is retiring after 14 years in Washington, D.C.
