Two Utah House Lawmakers Will Not Run In 2022

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Two more seats in the Utah House will be open for the 2022 election. Republicans Merrill Nelson of Grantsville and Mike Winder of West Valley City announced they will not run for re-election. The announcement means five House seats will be open. Republican Lowry Snow of Santa Clara announced last week he won’t run again. Democrat Suzanne Harrison of Draper and Republican Judy Weeks of West Valley City were drawn into new legislative districts.
