(Cedar City, UT) — Two firefighters were taken to the hospital after a chemical fire broke-out in Cedar City yesterday. No one is saying just how the firefighters were injured, or just how serious their injuries are. The fire started yesterday afternoon in the area of 700 North 2325 West. It sent a huge plume of black smoke into the sky. Other nearby businesses were evacuated out of fear of the fumes. In addition to the two firefighters, paramedics say another person was also taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
