On Apr. 30, authorities with the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office along with Richfield City Police arrested two individuals in connection to a number of vehicle thefts throughout Sevier County. On May 5, authorities recovered a large number of items, including multiple firearms, the two had stolen.
Cody Wright and Shyanna Gallegos were both arrested after authorities used the GPS signal from a tablet that the two had stolen to track them down.
Wright faces charges for theft of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and three charges of theft.
Gallegos faces charges of possession of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, receiving stolen property and three charges of theft of a firearm and theft from a motor vehicle.
