(New Harmony, UT)  –  Three people are facing animal cruelty aggravated neglect charges after investigators find three dead horses on their property and another emaciated.  The Washington County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to a dead horse on Kelton Prisbrey, John Trinity and Christina Silver’s property last week.  During their investigation, they found two other horses buried and another not being properly cared for.  The trio reportedly told investigators they couldn’t afford to feed the animals.  The fourth horse is at a sanctuary.
