(St. George, UT) — A man is behind bars in Saint George in connection with a deadly hit-and-run last weekend.

Investigators say Arturo Garcia was behind the wheel of a car when he hit and killed Bettina Abraham on North Dixie Drive last Saturday and then fled the scene.

Police said Wednesday, talking to witnesses and evidence left behind at the scene led them to arrest Garcia late Tuesday night.

Garcia is facing four charges in the case, including leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
