(Salt Lake City, UT) — A new study ranks Utah highly for its public school system. The WalletHub study released yesterday ranks Utah 13th overall. Utah ranked 12th in quality and 16th for school safety. Utah ranks second best in average SAT scores, but is the worst in the nation for student-to-teacher ratio, with nearly 23 students per teacher.
