Just before 10:30 a.m. on June 17 authorities in Sanpete County responded to a structure fire just northeast of Ephraim. Early reports state that the structure used to be a lived in home but was just being used for storage.

When authorities arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames along with three vehicles all of which are considered total losses. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
