(Utah County, UT)  –  State environmental officials are asking you to stay out of Provo Bay in Utah Lake because of a blue-green algae bloom.  The state Department of Environmental Quality said yesterday the algae can give off harmful toxins and is dangerous to both people and their pets.  Officials say other parts of the lake remain safe to go in.
