(St. George, UT) — Southern Utah cities are being recognized for business. Finance website WalletHub ranked the best and worst small cities to start a business across several key metrics. Those include labor costs and the growth rate of small businesses. St. George was ranked first in the study for having a strong business environment. Cedar City was ranked third overall and Washington fourth, both also being hailed for the business environment in their towns.
