(Wayne County, UT) – The man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Snow College student is remaining behind bars. A judge denied bail for 39-year-old Brent Brown earlier today, ordering him to remain in jail until his next hearing on January 10th. Investigators say Brown met the 19-year-old woman online, and picked her up near her residence hall last week. The suspect then abducted the victim and held her captive in his home in Loa where investigators say he raped her.
