Early in the morning of Sept. 27 authorities responded to a semi-truck crash on I-70 near MP 87. According to Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Clay Morgan, “due to driver error the vehicle flipped onto its side and blocked all of I-70 eastbound.” After about two hours the vehicle was removed enough to open one lane and both lanes were opened later in the day. The drivers injures were minor.
