Three suspects are in custody after a high speed chase in Sevier County. Officials shared that the chase started when a trooper tried to stop a car at milepost 31 on Interstate 70. The chase was stopped multiple times due to reckless driving but resumed each time the vehicle was spotted again. The pursuit ended in Salina in the sunnybrook area after the vehicles tires were spiked and two people were taken into custody. A third individual that was in the vehicle fled on foot but was located by police shortly after. The identities of the suspects have not been released at this time.
