EMERY COUNTY, Utah (AP)-Per an official press release from the Manti La-Sal National Forest, S.R. 29, the route from Ephraim to Orangeville via Joe’s Valley, has been opened Wednesday.

Furthermore, the Forest states that on S.R. 31 (the Fairview Canyon route), south Skyline Drive is closed.
