(Santa Clarita, CA) — Former Utah Senator Mitt Romney says his family is “heartbroken” by the loss of his sister-in-law. Homicide investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were called to Santa Clarita for a death investigation, and a woman identified as 64-year-old Carrie Elizabeth Romney was found dead in a parking garage.
