(Capitol Reef National Park, UT) — Heavy rain has closed the roads in Capitol Reef National Park. Shauna Cotrell is the park’s chief of interpretation and says crews are always checking on conditions and if water and debris are on a road, they want to get that cleared out. Officials don’t know if the roads will be open today.
