On Oct. 11 a search warrant was obtained and served on a resident in Richfield for possession of stolen property, illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, firearms and electronic devices. The warrant was served by Richfield City Police Officers with the help of Sevier County Sheriff Deputies and Agents with Adult Probation and Parole.
Jeffery S. Daniels, age 41 of Richfield, was arrested and booked into the Sevier County Jail for:
Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute a 2nd degree felony
Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute a 3rd degree felony
Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by Restricted Person (X14) a 3rd degree felony
Possession of a Controlled Substance (X2) an A misdemeanor
Possession of a Controlled Substance (X2) a B misdemeanor
Theft of protected property (X2) an A misdemeanor
Possession of Stolen Property (X2) a B misdemeanor
Daniels is being held without bail.
