(Provo, UT) — A Utah company says employers nationwide should expect to lose even more workers next year. Provo-based Qualtrics has issued its third annual Employee Experience Trends report. The study looked at the experiences of 14-thousand employees across 27 countries to determine how the pandemic has affected the work environment. The study showed that female middle managers are more likely to quit their jobs within the next calendar year. Thirty-five-percent of all workers said they would look for new jobs if forced to return to working full-time in their company’s office.
