(Salt Lake City, UT) — A small percentage of Utah National Guard personnel have yet to receive any COVID-19 vaccinations. KSTU-TV reports that about 12-percent of the soldiers and airmen were not vaccinated as of late January. Ten exemptions were approved, while more than 500 were still pending as of last month. Utah is among several states that are suing the federal government to overturn mandates requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for National Guard members.
