(Salt Lake City, UT) — Two Utah congressmen joined 95 House Republicans calling for a special counsel to investigate foreign business interests of President Biden’s son. In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Representatives Blake Moore and Chris Stewart say Hunter Biden may have violated U.S. tax laws and acted as an unregistered foreign agent. Both Moore and Stewart argue an independent counsel is needed to ensure the investigation is free of political influence.
