(Washington City, UT) – A probation officer who pulled his gun on a man who reportedly cut him off in traffic takes a plea deal. Prosecutors dropped all but one third degree felony count against Kim Terry the Second in court Tuesday in exchange for his guilty plea. The Spectrum reports Terry told the court he pointed his gun at the man and placed him in cuffs last April because he believed the other driver had used his car as a deadly weapon. That driver was cited for unsafe lane travel and pleaded no contest. Â
