(Utah County, UT) — Police in Utah County are warning business owners to be on the lookout for counterfeit cash finding its way into several registers.

Authorities say four fake 50-dollar-bills have showed up since Friday at different businesses, all with the same serial number printed on them.

Police are urging cashiers to use a verification pen to determine whether the bill is authentic before accepting it.
