(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Supreme Court now has three women as sitting justices for the very first time. Judge Jill Pohlman’s nomination to the high court was approved unanimously yesterday by the state Senate. Justice Pohlman joins Justice Diana Hagen and Justice Paige Petersen to form a female majority on the court. Pohlman said in a statement that she was humbled and honored by her “historic appointment” to the court.
