(St. George, UT) — People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals officials want the four men who started the Halfway Hill Fire in Millard County to face animal cruelty charges. Michael Patti, Darri DeWolfe, Talon Kessler and Tyler Smith are facing charges for starting the blaze. The fire has scorched nearly 12-thousand acres so far.
