(Salt Lake City, UT) — A judge says he may announce his decision about a preliminary injunction to stop Utah’s transgender sports ban sometime next week. Lawyers argued in favor and against the injunction during a hearing yesterday. Third District Court Judge Keith Kelly said he may make a ruling by Tuesday. The judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to overturn the ban during a hearing Wednesday.
