No one is facing any charges after an apparent bomb threat at he Cedar City Walmart.

Authorities were called to the scene yesterday afternoon after an employee reportedly overheard someone talking about a bomb in an R-V parked there.

A few hours after evacuating the store and the parking lot, police determined there was no bomb. They believe the man who mentioned it was having mental health issues.

Police say they decided there was no criminal intent, so they won’t be filing any charges.
