SALT LAKE CITY-As the June primary elections await later this month, voters in various counties throughout the Mid-Utah Radio coverage area will be able to use new accessible voting machines.
These will be available in 19 counties in Utah, including Garfield, Kane, Millard, Sanpete, Sevier and Wayne counties.
These systems consist of audio capability that can read the ballot to the voter. Additionally, a voter can increase the font size and contrast of the print to make it easier to read.
If you missed the deadline to mail in your registration, you can still vote but you must register by June 19 on www.vote.utah.gov or at your county clerk’s office.
