(Ivins, UT) — After a unanimous vote by the Ivins City Council, a new entrance to Snow Canyon State Park will be built. The city has agreed to take on ownership and management of Snow Canyon Drive to create a new entrance south of the current southern entrance of the park. Cars with an annual pass will be able to skip the line in what is being called a “fast pass” lane.
