(Cedar City, UT) — A mother and daughter face drug charges following a traffic stop near Cedar City late last week. A Utah Highway Patrol trooper pulled over Emily and Cheri Carbaugh on I-15 for a malfunctioning taillight. The trooper reportedly spotted drug paraphernalia inside the car, and authorities say further searching turned up suspected meth, suboxone, and fentanyl. Both suspects were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
