A man is in custody in Millard County after a report of a gunshot victim in the Meadow area on Nov. 11. According to the Millard County Sheriff’s Office the gunman, Zachary Pikyavit, age 31, fled the scene after the shooting, but turned himself in the next day. The condition of the shooting victim has not yet been released.
