Millard County Sheriff’s deputies along with agents from the Central Utah Narcotics Task Force and United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) arrested three individuals Wednesday, July 26.
The three agencies worked investigative leads in Millard County of persons suspected of weapon and border re-entry violations.
Two of the men were arrested for border re-entry violations with the third man arrested for a weapons violation. 43-year-old Thomas Marquez of Delta and 39-year-old Manuel Padilla of Fillmore were both arrested and held by I.C.E. for Aggravated Re-entry into the United States. And 19-year-old Alejandro Garcia-Lopez of Hinckley was arrested and booked into the Millard County Jail for Possession of a Firearm by a Restricted Person, a second degree felony.
