(Milford, UT) — A school near Beaver is being recognized for its efforts in education. Milford Elementary was given the moniker of a Blue Ribbon School, one of just two in Utah to receive the recognition. The other Utah school to get the nod as one of the highest performing in the nation was Wasatch Elementary in the Salt Lake City School District. More than 350 schools in the U.S. were given the Blue Ribbon award.
