A Manti woman was killed as the result of an accident on Main Street in Manti on Sunday evening about 9:50 p.m. when the car she was driving failed to stop at a stop sign. Marylynn Wilde, 80, was traveling west on 200 North when her vehicle entered the intersection of 200 North and Main Street and was impacted on the passenger’s side by a white SUV. Wilde was not wearing her seat belt and was flown by helicopter but died prior to arrival at a hospital. The driver and a passenger in the SUV were treated at a local hospital for minor injuries.
