The Manti City Council has agreed to a contract with Ensign Engineering of Richfield to prepare a master plan for the city’s culinary water system.
Part of the plan will involve a Geographic Information System. This upgrade will help the city as it continues to experience growth. The cost is expected to be $70.000. The city plans to finance half of the cost from regular Water Department revenues as well as seek a grant from the Utah Community Impact Board.
