Man Who Sexually Assaulted Mentally Handicapped Victim Sentenced

(St. George, UT)  –  A term of no less than six years in prison is handed down to a LaVerkin man who sexually assaulted a mentally handicapped man in a bowling alley bathroom.  A judge sentenced Dustin Olsen in a Saint George courtroom yesterday after denying his request for a new trial.  Olsen claimed he did not know the victim was mentally handicapped during his court appearance.  He’ll spend five years in prison on two sodomy counts and no less than a year and up to 15 on a forcible sexual abuse count, according to The Spectrum.Â
