WEBER COUNTY, Utah (AP) — A 19-year-old man in Utah is dead after he was thrown from a UTV that rolled onto him.

Weber County Sheriff’s Office authorities say the man was driving a UTV with his 18-year-old brother on Saturday night in a private area called Sunridge north of the Pineview Reservoir. He lost control going around a corner and was thrown from the vehicle before it rolled over him.

The man and his brother headed back to their campsite where others were staying and urged him to seek medical attention. They were heading to a local hospital when the man blacked out.

The group called 911 and a medical helicopter was dispatched. Crews were unable to revive the man after about 50 minutes of resuscitation efforts.

His identity has yet to be released.
