(Emery County, UT) – An Emery County man is facing felony charges for trying to kidnap a child from a middle school track meet. Quinton Drollinger was charged with child kidnapping yesterday. The incident happened last Friday when Drollinger allegedly grabbed a girl at a middle school track meet and restrained her. Police say Drollinger only let the girl go when several people saw what he was doing and ultimately called police. He was taken into custody shortly thereafter.
