(Salt Lake City, UT) — A man is facing charges after allegedly throwing a “Molotov cocktail” at the State Capitol building in Salt Lake City. Utah Highway Patrol troopers arrested Justin Lee Cromer on Wednesday, charging him with aggravated arson and use of an explosive device.
