(Washington County, UT) – A man is behind bars on six charges after a long high speed chase through Arizona that ended in Utah. Investigators say Christian Thomas was going more than 100 miles an hour on Interstate 15 Wednesday night when he was pulled over by a trooper. He then sped off, reaching nearly 130 miles per hour before hitting stop sticks in Saint George. Investigators say he kept going for another 20 or so miles before finally stopping. A female passenger isn’t facing any charges after authorities say Thomas told her to take video of the chase and she repeatedly asked him to stop, according to Saint George News. Â
