Lyman Asks SCOTUS To Disqualify Cox

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Phil Lyman is making a final effort to have Utah Governor Spencer Cox disqualified from the upcoming election. Lyman appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, requesting he be made the Republican nominee in the governor’s race this year. The Blanding representative was already refused by the state Supreme Court. Lyman lost the primary election earlier this year to Governor Cox by more than 37-thousand votes. He later posted on social media plans to run for the office as a write-in candidate.
