Love: All ideas on the table to stop shootings

Utah Republican Rep. Mia Love says she’s open to discussing all solutions to prevent the gun violence and shooting in schools.

Love told Utah’s Legislature on Thursday that she would support a ban on bump stocks like the ones used in last year’s Las Vegas massacre and a beefed-up background check system.

She says she’s open to listening to everything and “everything has to be on the table.”

Love also says she would support finding ways to make sure “that people who should not have weapons of any kind get a hold of them.”

She didn’t offer details.
