There was a large drug bust in Fillmore after detectives with the West Central Strike Force along with Millard County officers executed a search warrant at a motel in Fillmore.
The investigation was in regards to the distribution of illegal narcotics taking place in the community. Large amounts of drugs were seized along with money believed to be proceeds of illicit drug sales.
Heroin, Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, LSD, Psilocybin, Mushrooms, Marijuana, and Paraphernalia were all discovered inside the room and it is believed that these drugs were destined for the Millard County area.
Jeffrey Chandara, age 33, and Victoria Ferraro, age 20, were both arrested on multiple distribution charges.
In a post to their Facebook page the Millard County Sheriff’s Office stated that “it is always our intent to address these types of conduct, and rather than merely interdict the activity of individuals, find ways to encourage alternative choices of behavior and direct assistance to those caught in the struggle of substance abuse.”
