(Kanab, UT) — The police chief in Kanab is in trouble with the law. Chief Thomas Cram was charged last week with failure to yield after he allegedly hit a pedestrian with his car. It happened in the city in November, and resulted in the victim going to the hospital in serious condition. The charge brings with it a fine of up to 750-dollars and other items. Cram was still listed as the department’s chief as of yesterday.
