Judge Orders NSA To Hand Over Documents In Olympic Spying Case

(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  A judge is ordering the National Security Agency to hand over documents related to accusations it spied on athletes and dignitaries at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah.  The judge in Salt Lake City issued the order late Wednesday night.  The NSA and the group suing it over the alleged surveillance were ordered to exchange any evidence they have by March of next year.  The judge has refused to dismiss the case despite the NSA’s claims that there was no mass surveillance at the Games.Â
