(St. George, UT) — A judge is halting the release of a defendant accused of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Travis Jesse Regg was set to be released from jail in Beaver County on Tuesday for an unreleased case, but a 5th District Court judge in St. George ordered his extradition. He is now in jail in Washington County. He’s accused of joining his partner to rape a nine-year-old child.
