(Cedar City, UT) — A Beryl man is facing arson charges for allegedly burning down a family owned trailer. Yesterday, after the mobile home burned down near Beryl, Iron County Sheriff’s officers later arrested Dell Ray Jones. Family members told detectives they had been letting Jones live there but his time was up and he was supposed to have moved out. Investigators claim Jones later admitted to them he torched the place as he left.
