(Iron County, UT) — An Iron County man is facing charges, accused of shooting and killing his neighbor’s dog. Court documents yesterday show Joshua Bailey shot at two dogs on Monday, leaving one of the animals dead. A police report says Bailey had become upset after having to chase the dogs off of his property, and then went to grab a firearm. The neighbor then reportedly heard gunshots and his dogs whimpering before witnessing Bailey walk back to his property. Police say the 50-year-old admitted to the shooting and then was taken to the Iron County Jail.
